The terms and conditions as stated on this page are applicable on all orders you place with us.
By placing an order you state that you have been informed of and are in agreement with our terms and conditions.
When placing your order you must fill out all the information requested fully and correctly (name, street plus number, postcode, place, country, telephone number and e-mail address). If you want the order to be delivered to a different address then please fill out the delivery address information accurately and completely. Please pay specific attention to the correctness of the street and house number, postcode, place and country.
When you create an account and fill out your data this will be saved and can be used for all future orders.
The minimum order amount for orders placed on our website is € 20,00.
Orders will be sent by regular mail or parcel post, our automated system will determine into which of these two categories your order will be placed.

2. Shipping costs within The Netherlands
- Shipping costs are based on the rates of PostNL & DHL. These costs are partially carried by Nellie Snellen BV.
- Handling costs are included in the shipping costs.
- The presented shipping costs could be incorrect. In that case we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Shipment within The Netherlands
- After your order has been sent you will receive an automated invoice. It is very important that you fill out your e-mail address otherwise this invoice cannot be sent. The automated invoice can only be sent once, therefore it is important that you check the e-mail address supplied very carefully. Should you not receive the invoice anyway please contact us via ben@nelliesnellen.nl
- Shipment will only take place after payment has been received.
- After receipt of your payment your order will be prepared for shipment. Should one or more of the articles you ordered not be in stock your order will be kept back (unless agreed otherwise) for a maximum of one week, during which time we shall try to obtain the missing articles for you.
- Should you want your order to be dispatched immediately instead of waiting until the missing articles are back in stock you can make a notation of this on the order form where you fill in your name and address details.
- Articles which do not come back in stock after the seven day waiting period will not be sent at a later date. The amount you paid for them will be reimbursed.
- When taking delivery of the parcel you will sign for "receipt in undamaged condition". Should your order show signs of outward damage you should have the delivery person make note of this on the shipping label before you sign.
